We accept prototypes and mass production of various harnesses, from automotive signal systems to high-voltage systems. In prototyping, we also manufacture harnesses using the latest connectors at the request of research and development departments from automotive manufacturers and parts manufacturers. In mass production, we have experience with harnesses for car air conditioning, fuel pump systems, main harnesses for snow removal machines and riding lawn mowers, as well as onboard chargers for EV hybrids and lithium batteries for drive systems. We have numerous mass production achievements ranging from crimping, soldering, and shielded cables to small lead wire processing and main harnesses with over 300 circuits. We own about 500 crimping applicators, primarily for automotive use.
